Animal Rights

The following is a final draft persuasive essay, in full, with a stance against hunting by an honors student -- not mine:

I am here to talk about the poor animals which are being hunted today. Animal are natures pets. People don't realize when they hunt any animal that is about to be extinct, they are causing bigger troubles.

Poachers are hunters who hunt animals which are illegal to hunt. They hunt anything they get a chance on. Hunters and poachers are the same, but different. Poachers are hunters who hunt animals which are not allowed to be hunted. Even though it is against the law, they are careless. When they hunt animals, they have guns. I think to make it fair, they should hunt with out any weapons. That will be fair for the animal. Some animals are need to be hunted, or killed. Since the fact of over population.

If it is illegal to hunt to leopards or cheetahs, then how come it is legal to make there hides in to furs, and then sell the furs. Poachers and Hunters hunt animals for these reason. They either kill the animals for money, or they hunt for eating, and lastly they hunt them for fun. I agree with the Hunters and Poachers for 1 reason. If it is necessary to live, then it is necessary. But there are cows fish shrimps then why is it necessary to eat deer meat, crocodiles, sharks. They hunt for fun and pleasure as well. Why don't they do something else, instead of killing innocent animals. Example during the years 1980-1981, over 30,000s blue whales were hunted. A 2002 report shows that there are 5,000-12,000 whales world wide.
